Please contact us right away for any issues concerning a refund or return. We are always willing to work with our customers, but please understand all sales are final and may be subject to our terms and conditions within.

For issues with couriers and delivered items, we will do our best to help investigate and figure out the problem and a good solution. However, if tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, this is usually an issue with the courier and you will need to file an investigation with them.

For issues with delays, please see our Shipping Information Page to your location and note that if your order is still within that time length, you will need to be patient and understanding.

For issues with sizing, we have size charts on all product pages and follow up with a confirmation email to double check and if you have any concerns to please let us know as soon as possible. We also recommend ordering a size up as our size charts specify ours tend to run smaller than usual US & European sizes. Any exchanges or refunds will be on a case by case basis but we are always willing to try and do what's best for you the customers. 

We in fact take a loss on any size exchanges so we need for customers to take responsibility also. Thanks for your understanding on this matter. 

For any other issues, please email us right away so we can discuss and know why, and then figure out a plausible solution. 

To be eligible for refund or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same new condition that you received it and sent back within 7 days from your delivery date. Return shipping is the customers responsibility and we will require tracking just as we do for you when we send your item(s). Speed and courier does not matter, as long as we can track it somehow.

If the refund was simply a change of mind, there will be a 15% Administrative Fee minus any refunds, even if it's right away.

Any refund or exchange, must be sent back to our manufactures address on the package, then received and inspected before processing the refund or exchange. 

On some occasions, we may ask to send to our US Address which may be given upon request.


  • Gift cards - Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be refunded.
  • Discount items - Only regular priced items may be refunded. However, discounted items may be exchanged for another item of equal value.
